American Oak features a great selection of gastropub food. Favorites include the Wagyu Beef Burger, frites with aioli, classic wedge salad,  cassoulet with sausage and duck, mussels, and pizza made in our wood-burning oven. It’s good food, comforting, and kind of playful.

The bar is heavy on the whiskey and bourbon concept. American Oak's whiskey club — which is called the Personal Liberty League — is a great way to discover the "water of life."
