Bring your mom and the whole family to Alameda’s celebration of spring during Mother’s Day weekend.
Take a stroll through Downtown Alameda's Historic Park Street District and check out the terrific variety of food and beverages, arts and crafts booths, live music, as well as a play area for kids.

Downtown Alameda's Spring Festival
May 9 & 10, 2015

The annual Downtown Alameda Spring Festival is a Mother’s Day weekend tradition the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 150 vendors and more than 50 unique shops, this is a perfect place to find a gift for Mom. Or maybe you would like to bring Mom for a mimosa and lunch at one of the district’s savory food establishments.

The free street fair offers fun for everyone in Downtown Alameda! People enjoy coming out for the music, food, kids' area, beer and wine sales, and the terrific selection of gifts for Mom. Located on Alameda's historic Park Street, event hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm both days.

Arts & Crafts... Stroll among 150 arts and craft booths with items ranging from ceramics and metal art to paintings, photography, wood crafts, toys, handbags, clothing, jewelry, and more.

Live Entertainment... Each day offers continuous live entertainment on two stages with talented musicians performing everything from bluegrass to classic rock, and from funk to fusion jazz. This year’s line-up also features some of the Bay Area's most popular tribute bands: Journey RevisitedStealin' Chicago, Zebop! Tribute to Santana, Revolverand Rock of Ages.

Kids’ Area... A special area for kids and their families on Alameda Avenue features bounce houses, slot cars, face painting, and a climbing wall. Back again this year… WaterBallerz! Kids have great fun experiencing the thrill of walking on water!

Festival Food & Drink... Satisfy your taste buds with a great selection of festival favorites such as Lockeford Sausage, corndogs, roasted corn, fried calamari, teriyaki chicken, beef skewers, funnel cakes, and more! Premium vinegars and gourmet fudge will also be available for purchase. For the over-21 crowd... Quench your thirst at one of the three booths serving craft beers, regional wines, and bubbly mimosas.
